Yes. £45 per month for unlimited weekday and evening classes. Note Saturdays are not included.

Yes - options are always given for lower intensity and higher intensity
It depends on what your goals are for wanting to train as each person is different. See our classes page for details of each class or get in touch to discuss.
We would have an initial consultation, which is free, to discuss your goals and aspirations. An initial assessment would be completed which is then used to build you a bespoke training programme should you decide to go ahead. Get in touch to discuss.
Sessions are booked in blocks of 5, 10 or 15.
These can be either 45 minutes or 60 minutes per session
Days and times would be agreed at time of assessment.

45 min sessions:
Block of 5 - £115
Block of 10 - £220
Block of 15 - £300
60 min sessions:
Block of 5 - £150
Block of 10 - £260
Block of 15 - £350
Once a block has been purchased this can not be cancelled or refunded.
An individual session can be cancelled and moved to a different day as long as 24 hours notice or more is given.
If sessions are cancelled within 24 hours, this will be charged and taken from the total number of sessions purchased in that block.
Failure to show up without prior notice will also be charged.
Yes! We train all year round in all weathers unless it is deemed unsafe. The trainer will do a risk assessment ahead of the session and then advise all members if they feel it is not safe to train.
The session will then either be moved online or cancelled. If cancelled, you will not be charged.
Make sure you wrap up warm and wear lots of layers that can easily be removed as you get warm! Hats and gloves when it’s cold. Waterproof jacket if it’s raining. Older trainers in case they get muddy.
Don’t let any bad weather put you off training, it’s actually very refreshing and there’s always a hot shower waiting for you when you’ve finished!
Book online as with any of our classes via the booking engine.
Once you have booked and paid for the session you will be emailed the zoom call details and passcode so you can join at the time of the class.
Please ensure you are on time and make sure you check your internet connection as refunds can not be made if connection is lost.
Yes! Absolutely. We are adhering to the current government guidelines and are practicing social distancing at all our classes.
We thoroughly clean all equipment after every class and during the class should equipment be shared. There is hand gel available or you are welcome to bring your own.
At present we are unable to use boxing gloves and pads unless you are from the same household.
